Auction Details

As you progress with adding items to an auction, you can preview the auction list by navigating to the Auctions Overview and pressing the Preview button below the auction.

This will bring up the Auction Lots.

Please Note: Lot numbers do not exists until you have finalised your auction. If you want to know how many items are in your aucton this can be seen on the Auctions screen.

On the left of this screen there are tabs you can use to view more details about your auction.

Auction Details: This is the auction form you filled in at the start. You can edit details of the auction here.

Auction Lots: The list of lots you have added to this auction.

Vendors: The list of vendors with items in this auction, their unique vendor ID and how many items they have in this auction. Once you have finalised the auction you will also be able to downlod a PDF of each vendors lots to share with them.

Unsold Lots: This screen is only available once you have completed the auction.

Auction Statistics: Further statistics on the auction.

Auction Bidders: An interface to add auction bidders. This also gives each bidder a Paddle Number.

Postal Bids: A screen for entering postal bids receved from a bidder.

Auction Documents: Your Auction PDF and CSV. You can preview these. The final version will be generated once you Finalise the auction.

Invoices: After the sale has been completed your invoices will be available here.

Vendors Reports: After the sale has been completed your vendor reports will be available here.
