By default everyone who is a member of your society is available to be a vendor on JadeAuctions. There may be occasions where you are selling items from a vendor who is not a member.

In this case you can add them as a Non-Member Vendor. Click the Non-Member Vendor tab at the top of the screen and then the +Add Non-Member Vendor

This will bring up the non-member vendor form for you to enter their details.

First Name: First name of vendor.

Last Name: Last name of the vendor.

Display Name: The name as you wish it to apepar on the vendors report.

Vendor Identifier: This is the unique vendor identifier. We recommend you have a three letter identifier.

Contact Email: (optional) An email address to be printed on the invoice.

Click Add Vendor will return you to the vendors list.
